COVID-19 Customer Service Statement
We at SHS hold our relationship with you in the highest regard and want to do all we can to keep you and your family safe.
We will continue to offer our services to you as long as we are able to procure materials from our suppliers.
To better service our clients during this pandemic, we have upgraded our technology to allow for remote estimating. Not only can we get satellite roofing measurements from GAF QuickMeasure and siding/window measurements from Hover, we can present all your options to you through a powerful piece of software called One Click Contractor.
All of this technology will assist us in minimizing direct contact. When/if it is necessary to converse directly with you we will use email as much as possible or hold conversations outside in the fresh air.
We want you to know that SHS is available to help you. In Gov. Cooper’s “Stay at Home” order, construction and critical trades are considered “essential” work. While we remain open for business, please know that the safety of our clients and team are our top priority and we are taking precautionary measures to keep everyone healthy.
Our Project Managers, Project Consultants and crews in the field are continuing to work while following social distancing guidelines and washing / sanitizing their hands regularly. Anyone feeling unwell has been instructed to stay at home. If we are invited to your home, we will not shake your hand, but please know that we are happy to see you and appreciate the work!
