					Southern Home Services has helped me with many repairs over the last 5 years. They have repaired and replaced some siding; they have also replaced a roof and some windows when the window sills were rotted out.  All the work has been reasonably priced and the workers were all polite and came on time.  I appreciate having a company that I can trust to do the work on my home.  They have a proven track record with me and I recommend them to my friends.

					I have been in the building industry for over 20 years and have built over 200 homes in the Charlotte and surrounding areas.  I’ve had the opportunity to use countless subcontractors and vendors over the course of my career and have found SHS to be one of, if not THE best subcontractor in town. 					We used SHS twice: first for Pella casement window replacements and secondly for Pella French door replacements.  They really do quality work and pricing is competitive.  Christian Moon is a stand up guy who is extremely responsive. I’d use them for a third time if we have more projects like this.

					They provided Hardy board siding, a hip roof with fan, a new patio with stamped concrete. Sean and his team were excellent to work with. Throughout the project , Sean stopped by each day to make sure the work was completed correctly. Sean was very responsive to all of our questions and quick to follow up. His finished work was top notch and would highly recommend him and his team.

					Southern Home Services did an amazing job with my window installation. Christian was knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. There was no high-pressure sales tactics either, which I appreciated compared to other companies I received quotes from. The installers were professional and respectful. Most of all, they didn't leave one thing out of place or unclean when they were finished. I highly recommend them!

					Shawn installed James Hardy siding and trim on my entire home. I am not the easiest person to please and after receiving seven quotes I found SHS the most knoledgeable and professional. They did the project exactly as quoted and even went above what was expected. I can not say enough about how pleased I was with their service. I thought all of his referals sounded like commercials and now I am writing one.

					Great experience with this company. We had new windows installed, siding and roof work. From the very beginning these guys were outstanding. Great communication from beginning to end of project. They  were timely, listened to all concerns, crew was great, respected our property and left job site clean. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend Southern Home Services.
