We all know that HOA Rules and Regulations can be onerous. This may be okay when it comes to yard art, but HOA rules against solar is a bad idea for homeowners, the environment, and our ability to control our own energy future. HOAs with restrictions against solar should consider addressing the issue in a way that allows homeowners to more easily install solar and control their energy future.
