Great communication. Reasonable price. My home siding job was finished within a week, and I am very pleased with the results.

SHS had to repair a new roof that another company actually installed, but refused to fix. Since then, SHS has completed several jobs; replacing / fixing siding and trim. SHS has always been very responsive and great to work with.

Southern Home Services replaced our shingles due to hail damage and repainted the outside of our entire home. Their crews are extremely skilled and were very responsive to our specific needs. Their contracts are very easy to read and understand and Rob Dunn, their representative was always available when we needed to communicate with him. Their prices are fair, their quality of their work is exceptional and after the work is finished, they return to do a walk around to see if you are satisfied.

This was the best experience I have had with a home contractor. Everyone was professional and followed through with comments and kept me informed with every step.

I contacted Southern Home Services because the siding on my house was in bad condition and needed to be replaced. I spoke with Rob Drumm at SHS and he was able to provide a proposal to install Hardi-Plank siding due to its durability and warranty. The work was performed by a highly skilled team lead by Juan and Jairo. The men arrived to work promptly each day and were very diligent in getting the job done. They cleaned up each day and were very receptive to any questions I had while the work was being done. They performed excellent work down to every detail. The men did a fantastic job and my house looks brand new. I am very pleased with the work of Southern Home Services and recommend them highly.
