Their commitment to helping us understand the value of their work was truly impressive, and we felt like we were in great hands. We’re very pleased with our new roof. Highly recommend!

Rob was very informative and honest about what we actually needed to fix the leak in our roof. The repair took all of 2 hours and gave us a recommendation for the remaining life of our shingles. We will certainly be using SHS when we need the whole roof replaced!

Our roof had a few damages. The team came within 24 hours and the quoting was more of a conversation and lasted only 30 or 45 minutes. Also, note, the price was much less than the other company we had come and quote, and the quoting process was 2 hours less. When the project time came, I was advised they were here, and that was it. The team confirmed completion. I do not know much about roofing, so I had them reconfirm a few parts of the project. They came out and did so quickly and professionally. Do recommend.

Our Experience with SHS homes was great from start to finish. They did a huge exterior remodel on our home including all new windows, changing vinyl cedar shake to hardie board, remodeling our front porch, and more. Our initial contact was with Christian Moon, who did a great job stepping us through the process and putting together the quote reflecting exactly what we wanted to do. We went through many drafts and changes of this plan and he was very patient with us as we fine-tuned all the details. Our project manager was Travis and he was wonderful to work with! Travis was a great communicator, which was important to us. He managed all the subcontractors to ensure things were done efficiently and correctly. He also coordinated and communicated with the painters that we hired to limewash the brick and stain the wood. For such a big project, we ran into very few problems, and when there were issues they were handled professionally and promptly. We would describe SHS as being professional, trustworthy, and high quality! We are very happy with the results. We recommend SHS homes 100%!

SHS is an outstanding company. We used them to replace vinyl siding on our home with Hardie Board and couldn’t be happier. Christian our salesman was excellent. He was straight forward, thorough and honest. He was excellent throughout the process. Our project foreman Travis was exceptional as well. He is professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly attentive to every detail. The crew that installed the Hardie board was great. Our experience with SHS was excellent. They take customer service seriously. A+++. We highly recommend them.

Southern Home Services had previously installed James Hardie Board siding on my house and did such an amazing job that when it was time for a new roof I called Shawn Kalgren and his crew did an exceptional job. The roof looks great. It is a pleasure dealing with Southern Home Services.
