Great service and great work

We had some Hardie board siding pulling away from one side of our home. It wasn’t attached properly by the builder. We reached out to SHS and they gladly took on our small repair job as they would any other. The tech who came out was professional, super nice, and very thorough. He not only fixed the side in question but found spots on the other side and front that needed addressed. We were very impressed and happy with the work and personnel.

Southern Homes Services completed amazing restoration work on the exterior of our home. We had original wood siding and roof trim in very poor condition in the gables and dormers of our house, and in very hard to reach places. Their highly skilled team replaced it with current high quality materials accomplishing fantastic results. They also repaired several other challenging exterior issues on our home. And It was all completed in a timely fashion at a reasonable price.

Finally had to get our roof replaced - we had SHS inspect it several times over the last 10 years and it was time. The entire team was professional and efficient. They did a great job.

External Repairs & PaintingSHS has been a great partner. They did several external house repairs and painted the exterior for us. We needed some old attic vents closed up along with repairs to door trim, window trim, facia boards and fiber cement siding replaced with a more modern, durable siding. They did all of that and painted the house within a week. They worked with us when we ran into some issues of rot and previous sketchy repairs from another contractor. We started using SHS years ago when we had our wood windows replaced with vinyl and then replaced a large sliding glass door. They are very professional and were on site when they said they would be. Travis, Raul and the team know what they are doing, are genuinely caring and super professional. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with SHS! I was looking for an honest assessment of my siding and options that fit my budget. Rob was very straightforward about what needed repairs and what was still good on my house, so I wasn't having to spend more than necessary, which I greatly appreciated. Raul and his team were wonderful! They worked fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company!

I have had 2 wonderful experiences with SHS. The first was a new roof after a hail storm. They came out did quality work and documented everything appropriately for my insurance. The second were some small items needed after a home inspection on a home sale. Again, they did quality work, quickly.
